How it works

What an engagement looks like

Most projects follow the same four stages. The shape stays familiar so there are no surprises about what happens next.

  1. Step 1: Scope

    A focused conversation about the problem, the users and what success looks like. You get a written scope and a fixed price, not an estimate that moves.

  2. Step 2: Build

    Short cycles with something working at the end of each one. You see progress in the browser or on a device, not in a status report.

  3. Step 3: Harden

    Accessibility, performance and security are part of the build rather than a final pass. Every release is checked against Core Web Vitals before it ships.

  4. Step 4: Hand over

    Documentation, a walkthrough of the codebase, and the CMS training needed to run it. You are not dependent on me afterwards.
